Many companies are finding that Education alone cannot build a Lean company culture, and Certification programs are just not enough for their employees to effectively drive improvement programs to achieve management objectives.
The Lean Business Coach uses an Education-Application-Communication model that builds on your employee’s existing Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence knowledge base. We extend Education well beyond Tools, by coaching and mentoring employees on Application and Communication; the two critical components required for achieving a Lean company culture.
Our overall objective is Employee Development for Lean Leadership. This approach creates a bottom to top workforce that continuously drives positive change in organizations.
