In this capacity, the Interim Lean Executive will guide your organizational development, oversee the evolution of your Lean Operational Philosophy, and assist with the definition and deployment of a comprehensive Lean Management & Measurement System.

Many companies today have employees with a wide range on continuous improvement expertise, but are simply not achieving the business results they have anticipated. Lean Transformation Programs are customized to build on the current level of Lean Maturity of all employees.  We work with senior management to assess the level of Lean Organizational awareness and capabilities.  Then guide your employees through the development of a Lean Transformation Plan tied to strategic objectives. Subsequently, we work directly with the management team to develop and deploy a company wide Lean Tactical Implementation Plan.
