The Lean Business Coach works with your employees directly on a company selected process focused workshop. These workshops are team based and designed around a specific organizational process that is underperforming. The time line and level of effort commitment are customized to meet your performance objectives.

The Lean Business Coach creates custom Product focused workshops. These workshops are designed around a specific Product line and could include; new product introduction; facility layouts; new process designs for new products, root cause or failure analysis for existing products; and comprehensive products reviews. Product focused workshops can be defined to achieve warranty cost reduction, improved supply chain management, or enhanced regulatory compliance.

Measurement systems have long been used to direct both employee behavior and evaluate business operational success. Many organizations today have a mixed measurement system with some Traditional Measures and some Lean Measures.
